Formerly IDF spokesperson to foreign media, Sharon Grinker is the founder and leader of the Resilience Farm program for the IDF Disabled Veterans Organization and the Ministry of Defense during the Swords of Iron War.
He has been a social entrepreneur in the field of combat trauma and lone soldiers since 2012.

Grinker received a commendation and citation from the Chief of Staff (1994) for rehabilitating a severely traumatized soldier (G.B.) and returning him to regular service in combat zones.

Since 2012, he has volunteered to work with lone soldiers and combat trauma survivors (Good Sea Association from the Atalef Association group) as an activist on a rehabilitation yacht, which has achieved significant success in rehabilitation outcomes.

Since the outbreak of the war between Ukraine and Russia, he has volunteered to train therapists and establish treatment centers in Eastern Europe.

Anat Yitzhaki is an educator and emotional therapist specializing in child and adolescent psychotherapy, family therapy, and logotherapy. Anat manages the Research and Development Department and the Training Center in the Department for At-Risk Children and Youth Education, Ministry of Education. In this capacity, she has led extensive training programs for educational staff within the education system and local authorities to be at the forefront of knowledge in promoting students in situations of risk and exclusion. Growing up in the southern periphery of the country, Anat is determined to change the "fate equation" linking socio-economic status to academic achievement and social mobility. Her notable achievements include developing a holistic municipal perspective work concept, creating differential work plans tailored to address local risk phenomena, a concept that made a significant difference in a relatively short time in advancing at-risk children and youth. Anat has established dozens of interdisciplinary learning communities for educators promoting practice research to improve the academic and social achievements of children at risk. Anat is a co-founder of the "Compass Institute" for research and application of meaning in life. The institute focuses on developing and making applied methods and tools accessible to promote the mental well-being of the individual and improve relationships in culture, community, and Israeli society.

Arie Ben David is a social and business entrepreneur managing various international ventures. He is the founder of Shareitt, a platform that includes a creative marketplace and provides tools to reduce many forms of resource, goods, and human capabilities wastage. Shareitt enables communities, social networks, and organizations of different sizes to create a culture of sharing and mutual empowerment, leading to social and economic abundance and prosperity. Arie is an artist, and some of his paintings are held in private and institutional collections worldwide. Ben David founded and managed the thriving Waldorf teacher training program at the David Yellin Academic College of Education in Jerusalem for over 25 years.

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, a Master's degree with honors in Public Policy from the Executive Program, both from Tel Aviv University, and is also a yoga and meditation teacher with extensive training in personal development and in-depth knowledge of trauma. In recent years, she has worked to support the development and growth of organizations and initiatives, communities, and individuals.

She previously held senior positions in the third and second sectors, and since 10/7 has focused on working for party survivors.

Drawing on her knowledge of the community and its needs, she wrote the Slowness Tribe program, which began operating in the field last February and has since provided participatory support to about 50 survivors through the retreat arm (and will reach up to 1,000 survivors in 12 months) and will provide long-term support through the accelerator and recovery groups for up to 24 months.

Additionally, the Tribe initiative, which she leads for survivors in the field of rights realization, won an award and recognition by the Network and the Emile Zola Chair for Human Rights.
